Aris Sklavenitis has a degree in Oenology, is a Sommelier Certified by the A.S.I. (Association de la Sommellerie Internationale) and the Court of Master Sommeliers and also a student at the Wine & Sommelier Expert Course & WSET lvl 4 Diploma. As for his professional activity, first of all is the Head Sommelier and co-owner of Oinoscent Wine - Food – Cellar. He is also Vice President of the Greek Sommelier Association, wine buyer at Gastronomos retail shops and Sommelier Ambassador both at the Bodegas Krontiras Winery and at Gaggenau Appliances Company of the BSH Group. He writes articles in several magazines of the Kathimerini Information Group, he is a lecturer of the Agricultural University of Athens and of Genius in Gastronomy Sommelier School. He has distinguished himself as the best Greek Sommelier for 2016 & 2019, winning the Greek Sommelier Competition and representing our country in the World Sommelier Competition in 2019 & 2022.
Eleftherios Hanialidis began his career in the gastronomy industry in 2001. Since then, he has obtained the Advanced Sommelier Certificate of the Court of Master Sommeliers, the A.S.I. Diploma (Gold Pin) and became 3rd best sommelier of Greece in 2017. Eleftherios is a “multitasker”, and is always up to a challenge. In 2019, he became a member of the board of directors of the Greek Sommelier Association and he has been collaborating with Genius In Gastronomy, which is a school for sommeliers and consulting company based in Athens. Finally, he is also contributing columnist in Oinoxoos magazine and the Head Sommelier for Cava Vegera stores.
