About Kalua

Kalua, as a brand, was born in Kos back in 1978 by the grandfather of the current owner Sebastian Diamantoulis. The Mykonos venue premiered in 2001 and because of its huge success, it moved to a more idyllic location, further away from the town centre, in Paraga Beach. Here, executive chef Nikos Holevas has created a nice Mediterranean-Japanese-fusion cuisine that can satisfy any preference or appetite.

The wine list consists of around 110 labels from around the world, with an emphasis on Greece, Provence-style rosés and white Burgundies, without missing some exceptional examples from other key wine regions of the world. It is also worth mentioning that Kalua has hosted noteworthy DJs and artists and continues to welcome many iconic names onto its beachfront stage.
