Nōema is a beautiful modern Greek restaurant located in Mykonos town, and its philosophy is inspired by what people have done for centuries in the Cyclades. The venue opened its doors in the summer of 2020 and has managed to attract a lot of attention in such a short time.
About the Nōema Wine List
Nōema’s Head Sommelier is Konstantinos Kosmopoulos, who has done a great job crafting a wine list compiled by almost 200 different labels. The spotlight is on Greek wines, but there is also an impressive international selection ranging from classic references of the Old World to high-end cult wines of the New World. One more member of the wine team that deserves to be mentioned is Lilly Chalikia, a knowledgeable and experienced sommelier.
