About Bill & Coo Gastronomy Project
The Bill & Coo Gastronomy Project menu is inspired by conventional Greek recipes with a modern twist by highly-talented executive chef Ntinos Fotinakis. The restaurant is located within the Bill & Coo Hotel, which made its first appearance in Mykonos in 2006, aiming for high-end service while providing a relaxed atmosphere for its guests.
The wine list was created by Angelos Antoniou, the wine director of Bill & Coo Hotel. It consists of 280 different labels, 24 of which can be enjoyed by the glass and caters to options from all over Greece and the rest of the world, with an excellent selection of old vintages and some rare bottlings.
