Elements restaurant, located in Canaves Oia Luxury Resorts, has crafted the menu by executive chef Tasos Stefatos and is based on international cuisine. Apart from the à la cart menu, you can also enjoy the wholesome experience with a tasting menu. The wine list of Elements consists of around 580 different labels, 35 of which are by the glass. Its focus is on Greek wines, with an excellent collection of Champagnes, white Burgundies, and some iconic wines from the old and new world.
