About Petra Restaurant at Canaves Oia Hotel
Petra is located at the Canaves Oia Luxury Resorts, with a breathtaking view of the Caldera. The restaurant offers a 6-course degustation menu, crafted by executive chef Tasos Stefatos, using Greek ingredients, marrying modernity and tradition.
The wine list consists of 490 labels, 40 of which are by the glass, covering all the essential wine-producing areas of the world. It focuses on Greek wines but also has an excellent selection of Champagnes, white Burgundies, and iconic wines from the old and new world.
