Lycabettus

Located in the idyllic Oia, on the northern edge of Santorini, this fine dining restaurant is housed in Andronis Luxury Suites. The team is compiled by the young and talented executive chef Nikos Leivadias, F&B manager Anastasios Dimitriadis, sommelier Nikos Kampas, and last but not least, the wine director Sotiris Kandylis.

Sotiris Kandylis, the wine director of this prominent restaurant, is the person behind the Lycabettus wine list, one of the largest in Greece, with more than 1.200 different selections by the bottle. Sotiris is constantly looking to enhance the restaurants' selection with rare vintages of iconic foreign wines and collecting old vintages of Greek wines. Apart from the two different wine pairings to choose from for the degustation, there is also the choice for a Champagne pairing for those of you who love bubbles.
