About Margiora
Margiora is a restaurant housed in a mansion that dates back to 1866. Fondas Dialeismas, a member of the family that owned the building, is responsible for its revival, with the name of his great-grandmother Margiora sharing her name with the current venue. This is a beautiful place offering breakfast, brunch and dinner based on local Cycladic and, when possible, Kythnian ingredients.
The wine list is designed by Aris Sklavenitis (also one of the Star Wine List ambassadors in Greece, Editor's note) – best sommelier of Greece 2016, 2019 and 2023 – offering a wide range of choices from Greece. It is also worth mentioning that Margiora has a rich cocktail list created by Panos Kanatsoulis, Greek World Class Bartender of the Year 2017 and lecturer at the Bar Academy school.
