About C.T.C. Restaurant
CTC is a fine dining restaurant recently awarded a Michelin Star, located in the centre of Athens. Executive Chef and owner Alex Tsiotinis is among the most acknowledged and talented chefs of the younger modern Greek gastronomy generation. The menu consists of 11 stages, marrying perfectly Greek and international ingredients.
The sommelier team has created a wine list of 235 labels, 25 of which can be enjoyed by the glass, with a “spotlight” on Greek wines and a noticeable presence of international wines from classic regions. As for wine pairing options, there are two. The first consists of five stages called “Trip”, and the second one is named “Voyage”, with six wines.
