About Pelagos Restaurant

Pelagos restaurant, located in Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel, has recently been awarded one Michelin star with talented Italian-born Chef Luca Piscazzi in the kitchen and Cédric Vinckier as a restaurant manager. Since the restaurant is named after the Greek word for ocean, seafood is the backbone of its cuisine. There are two different menus to choose from, the 6-course "The Classics 360 Degrees" and the 9-course "Pelagos On Tour" which is the chef's summer project.

The wine list consists of 350 different labels, 26 of which are by the glass, with a good diversity of Greek wines and quite a lot of high-end bottlings from France, Italy, and the New World. There are three different wine pairings for the two tasting menus mentioned above, "The Classics 360 Degrees" tasting menu, where the customer can choose between the classical and the premium pairing, and the "Pelagos On Tour" pairing, which is dedicated wholly to showcasing Greek wines.
