About Patio
Consisting of just nine terrace tables, Patio offers boutique fine dining at The Margi hotel. Guests choose between two tasting menus showcasing fish from the nearby coast and vegetables (and more) grown at the restaurant’s 10-acre organic farm, under half an hour’s drive away.
Traditionally-inspired Mediterranean (especially Greek) cuisine is brought right up to the minute and made to feel cutting edge, with no gimmicks, thus earning chef Panagiotis Giakalis both a Michelin star and a Michelin green star for sustainability.
The wine list comprises 300 distinctive labels, including several verticals of iconic wines. The tasting menus are given various pairing options, expertly curated by head of wine, Alexis Athanasiou.
