The menu presents dishes that unfold the creative imagination and rich experience of Michelin-awarded Executive Chef Asterios Koustoudis. The dynamic team creates an imaginative menu based on the Mediterranean culinary tradition and the application of modern haute cuisine techniques. It is also worth mentioning that the Grande Bretagne Roof Garden has been awarded by the Wine Spectator magazine since 2014 and has received the Toques d' Or award for three consecutive years by Athinorama magazine.

The GB Roof Garden Restaurant aims to offer unique and authentic experiences to its guests. Fine wine could not be an exception. The wine list focuses on guest satisfaction through a diversity of prices that ranges from €30 up to €9,950, with different wine styles from producers from all over the world. The wine list currently comprises around 648 different wine labels from the most well-known wine regions in the world and 40 choices by the glass.
Along with the existing wine list, every evening, the sommelier team runs a fascinating concept called "Magnum of the Day", where they pick a magnum or larger wine bottle format of a unique rarity in terms of age and availability on the market, from renowned wine producers of the world and allow the venue's guests to enjoy it by the glass. Furthermore, it is worth visiting the Hotel's Wine Library, which showcases all 3.500 wine labels of this historic hotel.
This setting also serves as a space for wine events organized by the Hotel's sommelier team. Last but not least, they also have the "Sommelier's Table", an impressive 19th-century long wooden table with ornately carved chairs that accommodates up to 14 persons for thematic wine dinners and wine tastings.
