About HIDE

Hide is a restaurant and bar by the awe-inspiring wine shop Hedonism and chef Ollie Dabbous. Set over three floors, flooded with natural daylight and enjoying views across Green Park, Hide serves creative, contemporary and seasonal food in a warm yet visually striking space. Open every day from breakfast through to dinner, including afternoon tea, the menu is accompanied by Hedonism’s incomparable wine list. The sommelier team has compiled a concise wine list of wines from all over the world, with a large selection of accessibly priced bottles and wines by the glass.

Should you want to dig deeper you can digitally browse through the seemingly endless range of bottles from Hedonism (located around the corner) which are available for delivery to your table within 15 minutes (second wine list link above). With some wines dating back to the 18th century, you can go on quite a journey. There’s an incredible selection of highly regarded wineries producing some of the world’s most iconic wines, as well as some hidden and as yet undiscovered garage properties. Pre-ordering of wines when booking a table is not only recommended but encouraged. So whether it’s a half bottle, or a Nebuchadnezzar, not only will they (almost certainly) have it, the team will ensure that by the time the bottle reaches your table, it’s in the ideal condition.
