About Sexy Fish London
Sexy Fish is Asian-inspired fine dining, and opened on the corner of Mayfair’s Berkeley Square in 2015. Part of Richard Caring’s empire of restaurants, Sexy Fish is easily some of the best Japanese-inspired food in London, with the menu including sushi, robata, the best-temperated sashimi I have had, and also one of the best versions of caramelized black cod.
The bar is always buzzing and lively and serves a selection of classic and fun cocktails, as well as housing one of the largest Japanese whiskey selections in the country. Sexy Fish is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, and on Friday and Saturday nights there’s a DJ doing the entertainment and the restaurant is open until 2 am. The staff uniforms and restaurant décor are opulent and will keep you entertained while there.
The wine selection is significant in size and led by France for both white and red wine sections, with additional chapters divided into northern and southern hemisphere. The champagne selection is particularly great and includes large Krug and Dom Perignon selections. There is also a good sake range. I find Sexy fish is a great place to either pop in for a drink and snack, or for having a fun dinner with my husband and or friends. My 14-year-old son loves coming here for Sunday lunch!
