Kathrine Larsen-Robert graduated from Copenhagen Hospitality College in 2004; during and following her time studying she gained experience working at Copenhagen’s 5 starred Hotel d’Angleterre and the, at the time 2* Michelin, restaurant Ensemble. In 2007 she moved to London where she worked as head sommelier for several of D&D London’s restaurants including Le Pont de la Tour and The Orrery. In 2013 she joined the Japanese fusion restaurant Zuma as head sommelier until leaving the restaurant floor at the end of 2014. In 2013, Kathrine gained the Master Sommelier title, also being awarded the Grand Siecle trophy for the highest exam scores of her year. In 2014, she won the UK Sommelier of the Year competition. From January 2015, Kathrine has been Premium Wine Ambassador, and later Head of Fine Wine for UK importer/distributor Enotria & Coe. In the beginning of 2023, Kathrine founded the luxury wine services company, Larsen-Robert & Associates, with her husband Clément.
