PM & Vänner has the Best Italian Wine List in Sweden 2022

PM & Vänner in Växjö won five out of thirteen categories when Star Wine List of the Year 2022 was celebrated on Apr. 3. One of the five categories was Best Italian Wine List, presented by Mandrarossa.

"This wine list offers not only an incredible collection of wines from Piemonte featuring many classical labels but also put in the spotlight less known appellations and grape varieties from the rest of Italy. This list can only be born from true care and passion," says jury member Julie Dupouy, Best Sommelier of Ireland three times, about PM & Vänner’s Italian collection.

Apart from the Italian category, PM & Vänner also won Grand Prix, Best Sparkling Wine List, Best Sherry List and Best Rhône Wine List. The Italian category was presented by Mandrarossa.

"It is great to collaborate with Star Wine List and to be a part of the work that is done to highlight exciting wine lists, and at the same time push Sicily, which is an origin in Italy that is advancing on the wine lists," says Patrik Mannheimer, brand manager at importer Nigab.
