About Silex Restaurant
When entering Silex, the guest enters a restaurant that coveys a very welcoming cosiness which immediately makes you feel at home. It is easily approachable as it is located in the heart of Zurich Wiedikon. Here, Julia von Meiss and her team around the two chefs George Tomlin and Jean-Denis Roger, have created a trendy place with a focus on wine and food quality.
The wine list is a very careful selection of products both from Switzerland as well as from around the world. The list is anything but mainstream but has a little bit of both: conventional and rather unconventional wines. However, Julia is always able to recommend a great bottle for the evening.
