About Restaurant Cadet
Cadet, in the Quartier des Spectacles, is not as fancy as his next-door big brother Bouillon Bilk, with a more casual and affordable offer, but is in the same vein. You order a series of small plates to share, that you enjoy in a minimalist and comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant has 70 seats, plus 20 along the counter, but still has an intimate setting. The food is precise and refined, like Bouillon Bilk, but with some revisited dishes and culinary influences from all over the world.
Numerous wine bottles line up behind the counter, attracting the eye as soon as you walk in. The wine list changes a lot, and here you can find a little bit of everything - but nothing too expensive.
