Hedi Lao has worked in the Macau wine scene for over eight years, including being a sommelier at Four Seasons Hotel and Head Sommelier at MGM Macau.
Today, apart from being Star Wine List's Macau Ambassador, she's a part-time lecturer and is also running a company that provides consultancy and wine training services for suppliers and restaurants.
