    Macau Soul opened in 2008 and is located just a few steps away from Love Lane and the symbolic Ruins of St Paul. This place shows some of the city’s multi-faceted colonial background and provides a homy, intimate and aesthetic environment, tasty snacks, jazz music, Chinese furniture, European paintings, Canton style ceiling bird cages and Japanese pottery. The actual wine lounge is a retirement project by the English couple Jacky and David Higgins, who used to work in Hong Kong during the 1960s, and this was one of the first independent wine places outside the hotels.

    The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge is situated on the 51st floor of the hotel. The tall ceiling, comfy sofas, beautiful chandelier and the bar made of Italian marble creates a luxury atmosphere. The large water-drop shaped glass behind the bar gives you a view of the beautiful sunset and glittering late night of the Cotai area. Small bites not to miss: fresh oysters, truffle fries and chicken slider.

    Voyages bar by Alain Ducasse is located on the 3rd floor of the striking Morpheus Hotel. The bar is connected to one of the two Ducasse restaurants in the hotel, this one with French bistro-style food. The interior, with artisanal Asian marble and warmly lit atmosphere, is designed by Jouin Manku. This is a chic place where you both can spend an evening alone or with some friends. Last but not least, the menu also lists some small​-bite delicacies that are great for wine pairing.
