L’atelier de Joël Robuchon Hong Kong is a Michelin 3-Star French Restaurant in Central, Hong Kong Island. Created by one of the most legendary chefs, L’atelier de Joël Robuchon Hong Kong presents two dining concepts in two divided areas in the restaurant: L'Atelier, the sushi-bar kind of section, and Le Jardin, the more exquisite section. The food there is outstanding.
An exceptionally long wine list contains over 3,500 wine labels, focusing on fine rare wines. The glass wine cellar that extends from the front door to the dining space showcases the spectacular bottles from Henri Jayer Richebourg 1959 to Barbeito Malvazia Madeira 1834. No BYO is allowed in this restaurant, but low-margin wines of all price ranges are offered.
