Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic is a French fine-dining restaurant in The Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, in the centre of the city. You will not be unfamiliar with the name of chef Anne-Sophie Pic, the female chef with the most Michelin stars in the world, currently totalling 12 across her restaurants.
The opening of Cristal Room is absolutely amazing news for Hong Kong. The interior is really stunning, and you can feast your eyes on the wonderful view of Victoria Harbour.
