About Whey
Whey is a restaurant with modern European cuisine with Singaporean influences, located in Central. The restaurant is managed by ZS Hospitality Group, managing some of the best restaurants in Hong Kong. The restaurant is fancy and detailed, both in terms of the interior and the food. The interior is designed by an Oslo based design firm: Snøhetta.
The wine list is easy to read, even though the selection is very diverse. The wine is categorized by grape variety, and the team tries to play with different varieties from around the world and lesser-known regions.
