About Carbone
Hailing from New York, Carbone is a New York-style Italian restaurant in Central, Hong Kong Island. Its wine list encompasses all 20 wine regions of Italy, as well as some other important wine countries. I personally love their old New York-style interior with tiled-floor. The wine team is led by a Master Sommelier, so the wine service is solid.
