    One of the newest Cantonese restaurants in town, PIIN is established by an owner of two Bourgogne wineries who is keen on putting wine and Cantonese cuisine together. The wine list has around 1,000 labels and focuses on fine wines from all around the world, especially Burgundy. The mark-up is reasonable and very attractive. Fine wine pairing here is highly recommended.

    Mott 32 is a Cantonese restaurant located in the basement of Chartered Bank Building in Central of Hong Kong Island.
