About Gaku
Gaku is a one Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant located next to the Utsubo park; the most beautiful park in Osaka. You can find Omakase style set menus or à la carte, Kappou style. Chef Gaku Imagawa is cooking by the counter and serving fine wines he selected himself.
About the Gaku Wine List
The nice wine list is slightly biased towards natural wines because of the chef's background: He learned cooking at another Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant but also learned about wines at a French bistro. On the list, you can find wine unicorns from Japan, France, Italy, South Africa and more. The open-minded selection from all over the world works well with nice Japanese foods.
