Gaa Wine List

About Gaa

After being closed for almost a year, Restaurant Gaa has reopened its doors in a new location in the trendy and restaurant-dense Thonglor. The new restaurant is located in a traditional Thai house that is about 70 years old. The ground floor's feeling is like a modern living room with stylish designer furniture and a relaxed atmosphere. Open from 7.30 with Indian breakfast, and from 17.00 to midnight the concept is changed to a wine bar with a great selection and Indian à la carte menu. The wines are mostly from the old world, focusing on cold climate wines from areas like Burgundy, Jura, Savoie, Valle d'Aosta, Piedmont and Valais.

On the list you will also find some older vintages at very reasonable prices. On the second floor, with about 35 seats, you will find the restaurant Gaa with one Michelin Star. Serving a tasting menu with different themes such as a unique take on Indian Streetfood, The menu is changed every three months. Wine and non-alcoholic pairings are offered on the menu.

  • This restaurant is a treat both for the eye and the palate. The house itself is gorgeous and the food is absolutely immaculate. I have never experienced Indian food like this. The wine list is not very large but with some very exciting bottles to "reasonable" prices. Great service by the team as well.
