The tasting menu showcases traditional German dishes and flavours in modern interpretations. The atmosphere is formal without being stringent, and the service is impeccable.
About the Sühring Wine List
The wine list displays a great depth of German and Austrian wines with a heavy focus on light and fresh white wines. The list also features a good selection of Champagne and Pinot Noir from Burgundy as well as Germany. Markups are as to be expected from a 2 star Michelin restaurant.
