About DaNico
DaNico is the newest addition to the thriving roster of Liberty Entertainment Group restaurants. Located in Toronto’s Little Italy, it is set inside a refurbished bank and offers upscale Italian food combined with modern Asian influences.
The wine list is impressive given the restaurant’s young age (it opened at the end of 2023) and leans Italian, a logical move given the food. It goes beyond the usual Barolos and Brunellos, however, showcasing interesting producers from most of Italy’s 20 distinct regions. Outside of Italy, Burgundy is well represented, as are the wines of California and Oregon.
