Cambio de Tercio

Long standing Cambio de Tercio in South Kensington has one of the best collections of Spanish wines in the capital. Wines are grouped by region or DO, from the famous to the obscure, and everything is very fairly priced with a plentiful choice to suit all pockets. For those who have the cash to splash, there are over 80 or so different Riojas to splurge on. While by the glass is limited, the bottle list (and halves) are so reasonably priced, it’s not really an issue. Sherry fans will of course be happy, with Fino through to PX, new wave and traditional, and some older rarities to boot.

Its two sister venues (Tendido Cero, a ‘tapas restaurant’ and Capote y Toros, tapas, sherry and wine bar), also on Brompton Road within yards of the main restaurant, are well worth a look in too.
