Skillet

Skillet in Kuala Lumpur, originally named Skillet 163, opened in 2015 and is located in Colmar Suite along one of the busiest roads in Kuala Lumpur. Skillet focuses on modern European cuisine where chef/owner Raymond Tham applies his techniques using seasonal ingredients from the European continent to showcase classic dishes with a twist of contemporary flavours from Asia.

At the moment, Skillet does not have any sommelier or wine personnel so the wine program is led by a restaurant manager with long experience and good knowledge. The wine list focuses mainly on France, Italy and other Old World countries, with some New World choices such as Australia and New Zealand.
