About Entier
Whenever I am having a long lunch break, I usually try to visit Entier because I would say they have one of the most value-for-money three-course lunches in town. Entier is a casual French restaurant located in Alila Hotel Bangsar in Kuala Lumpur and it opened its doors in January 2018.
Entier is a French word that means "entire" and "whole" and the restaurant focuses on sustainability where they try to use everything from one ingredient, reflecting the nose-to-tail philosophy. The wine program previously was a little bit more laid-back, but things started to get serious when group sommelier Dennis Chong took over in May 2023. He is dedicated, passionate and always feels obligated to make things in their perfect form, so the wine list now has become exceptionally diverse with everything from classic to low intervention, from France in the Old World to USA in the New World. You can also look for some rare old vintage gems from their private collection.
