About Unwined Plus

If you are looking for a restaurant with only natural wine, I would say that Unwined Plus is worth a visit. The wine list starts from France, Italy and Spain in the Old World and continues to Australia, New Zealand and South Africa in the New World where all the wines fall under either one of the categories of organic, biodynamic, sustainable and low intervention.

The wines are selected by the owner/sommelier Hsiao Tung Wei. He was so dedicated and passionate about the wines from these categories that he eventually obtained a winery in Italy and started producing his dream wines under these categories. It caught me off guard that the wine list was created to form a perfect marriage with the cosy Asian-inspired dishes created by Chef Lee who is the Head Chef of the restaurant.
