About Fagn
Fagn is a one-Michelin-starred restaurant dedicated to showcasing local produce in a rock 'n roll-style where there is only one rule: flavour!
With most of the food served by the chefs directly from the open kitchen, the waiters drift around the tables making sure to top up your glass or chitchat while you wait.
This restaurant is all about down-to-earth and welcoming service, yet with a high level of food and wine. You can choose between a larger and smaller tasting menu comprised of some 10 or 20 servings.
They even feature a lounge and bistro; perfect for a glass or delicious bite!
About the Fagn Wine List
From the cellar, you can savour some of the great classics from France, Germany, the US and beyond. The Champagne list shows that it's more about selection than the most labels, and offers top names such as Cédric Bouchard and Bruno Paillard, in several cuvées.
Most of the list is kept at relatively low mark-ups. Please take a look before you visit and perhaps you will find that one bottle you simply cannot leave by itself in a cellar!
