About Cordial
Vinyls and natural wines create a tight analogue bond at this Barranco-based wine bar and casual eatery. With two spaces to its name, Cordial often hosts pop-ups, record sales or invites guests DJs (such as chef Rafael Osterling) to drop the needle.
One of the few wine bars in Lima, the focus here is low-intervention labels and, while there isn’t a list per se, 120 wines are usually in stock, sourced from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia, Hungary, Slovakia and Austria; try Peruvian vintages with tapas-style dishes such as tortilla.
In 2025, owners Vanessa Touzard and Andres Marroquin Winkelmann organised Vinos Libres, Peru’s first fair to focus on natural wines. Try their house blend made with heritage Pisco Albilla and Torontel grapes.
