A tiny spot in the hipster Barranco neighbourhood, Mérito has made its mark on Lima’s demanding food scene thanks to a delicious menu of Venezuelan and Peruvian flavours and dishes. It’s a regular in Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants list, ranking 11th in 2022.
