Peruvian haute cuisine is the name of the game at Maras, with a special love for fish and seafood. Its San Isidro location inside the Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center makes for an ideal spot for a business lunch or a romantic dinner, depending on the reason for your visit. Enjoy crispy baby octopus and Nikkei tuna tiradito (sashimi) prepared by executive chef Anthony Macedo, before moving on to the rather exotic arapaima fish, mashed cassava and banana, miso sauce and Amazonian sausage or Peru’s classic duck and rice dish. The 140-label world wine list, which also includes vintages from Portugal and Hungary as well as an interesting section dedicated to magnums.
