About Brasserie Draken

Draken is the cinema at Järntorget in Gothenburg where I went to see movies as a kid - the Star Wine List Empire Strikes back dates me! The beautiful movie theatre remains as a stage but is now part of the Draken complex with restaurants, bars and a beautiful highrise hotel with a view over the port of Gothenburg. Just get to the 33d floor to enjoy the views and the fine dining brasserie with an experienced staff. serving brasserie classics along with a few twists such as pizza and canard à la presse (!). The wine list is seriously built by Andreas Hiller (formerly Austrian wine list champion at Heaven 23) and team, and mixes pages of Champagne and Bourgogne with plenty of German, Austrian and Italian options.
Heaven 23 just got some serious competition in the high dining scene with great wines in Gothenburg!
