Freyja is the latest hot address from restaurant group Stureplansgruppen that is behind plenty of popular addresses in the capital. For Freyja, they have engaged top sommelier Ellen Frantzén to build the starting wine list along with top chef names. Add a spectacular location on top of a Södermalm building near Slussen with amazing views, and a several hundred square meter terrace with bars, and you have a place that is sure to attract a buzzing crowd. Maestro chef Daniel Berlin has opened the eagerly-awaited new restaurant Vyn, which means ”The vue” in Swedish. And a view it certainly has, set high above the south Sweden coastline in the Österlen part of south Sweden, you can see all the way to the Danish island of Bornholm on a clear day (my phone even got pinged with a "Welcome to Denmark" message mid-service).
