Operakällaren in Stockholm’s Opera House is probably the most beautiful dining room in Sweden. And the service is like a scene from the Opera stage, professional, classic and warm. Hotell Borgholm, located in the central part of Borgholm, is one of the most renowned restaurants in Sweden. In 2022 they turned 50 (!) years old. The Champagne bar Kyrkogatan 13 imports their own champagnes which means you can find a unique selection of grower champagnes here, but you will also find grandes marques, and other types of wines. The champagne bar, formerly known as Forssén & Öberg, is one of the Gothenburg favourites of Swedish sommelier champion Emma Ziemann 2018: "It is a magical place to go after work, for an apéro or for a drink on the way home.
