Johan Iller leaves Operakällaren – after nine years

After nine years at Operakällaren, restaurant manager and head sommelier Johan Iller has decided to leave the restaurant and move on in his career. Rasmus Klintberg, previously at Aloë and Villa Dagmar, joins as restaurant manager. Lorenzo Nuzzarello takes over as head sommelier.
"I have really felt at home. I still remember how humble and honoured I felt when I started. To be able to say goodbye after nine years with a feeling of pride is truly fantastic," says Johan Iller.
Operakällaren has a star in the Michelin Guide and at the recent Star Wine List of the Year Sweden event, they won three Gold Stars for their wine list, more than any other finalist.
