Fine dining is dead, they say. No way. Restaurant Human welcomes you with professional and warm service, continuing a particular Gothenburg tradition of delivering fine dining without making it stiff. The kitchen delivers a string of tasty dishes, with complex but quite mild flavours, letting the especially the seafood dishes shine. The wine list has started on its own journey, a bit unlike other Gothenburg eateries. We expect it will grow too. We’ll be back for more.
