Bistro M, Hyatt

​Bistro M is the smart restaurant of Mendoza city's most iconic hotel, the Park Hyatt right on the main Plaza in the heart of the city. Serving up a fusion of international cuisine, often with guest chefs and themed menus from around the globe, the wine list is versatile and extensive, covering predominantly wines from Mendoza with varieties as diverse as Nebbiolo to Albariño.

​Displayed with a little explainer sheet on each major wine region, the wine list covers all the major regions of Mendoza and highlights some of the lesser-known grape varieties being produced in the province, including Garnacha and Sangiovese for example. Bistro M is a sit-down restaurant, but you can opt for a glass or two of wine on the sunny terrace which overlooks the main plaza, and the hotel has regular wine events and tastings throughout the year.
