The Vines of Mendoza is an enormous vineyard estate with a boutique winery and a luxury hotel. In addition, it is home to Siete Fuegos, a restaurant exploring the seven methods of cooking on fire, under the direction of Argentina’s most famous chef, Francis Mallmann. While the fame and popularity of the restaurant means it can get quite busy, it still has one of the most engaging wine lists in Mendoza.
