Centauro's list focuses on the producers of Mendoza, as part of its quasi 'zero km' concept. Covering a wide range of producers, varieties and wine styles, there are plenty of options to work through and the sommelier team is always happy to make suggestions. Some harder-to-find gems on the list include Ver Sacrum, BIRA, Escala Humana and Estancia Uspallata.
