VinoBien
Wine Bar
Mendoza, Argentina
About VinoBien
One of the few true wine bars in Mendoza, VinoBien has recently relocated from the city to an open-air shopping market in Luján de Cuyo — a short cab ride that’s well worth it for anyone keen to explore Argentina’s wine diversity by the glass or bottle.
The food offering is casual but well curated: think charcuterie, light bites, and a handful of main dishes — just enough to keep your palate primed while you taste. And don’t hesitate to engage your waiter — every member of the floor team is a certified sommelier, ready to guide you through your selections or set up an impromptu wine flight.
Head Sommelier Rodrigo Kohn has assembled one of the most expansive collections of wines covering all the major, and minor, wine regions of Argentina. The tasting room is thoughtfully laid out, displaying wines geographically from south to north, which range from niche and hard-to-find producers to some of the bigger names. Upstairs, around 300 labels are available to explore, including 24 bottles in rotation through the wine dispenser system for by-the-glass pours. Downstairs in the cava, you'll find another 300 or so bottles, focused on library vintages, icon wines, and a curated selection of international labels — a rarity in Argentina’s import-restricted market. This cellar also hosts regular themed tastings in Spanish.
