Cavas Wine Lodge

Cavas Wine Lodge was one of the first luxury lodges in Mendoza and its location right in the middle of a vineyard filled with old vines makes it hopelessly romantic for wine lovers. The intimate restaurant is equally as charming, and the wine cellar is a hidden gem, holding many library vintages from around Argentina. The menu of this Relais & Chateaux restaurant, designed by renowned chef Nadia Heron, focuses on local, wholesome ingredients.

While Cavas has their own small production of wines, their wine list offers a diverse collection of wines from all over Argentina, ranging from large labels to more artisanal productions. Library vintages of some of Argentina’s most iconic red wines are also an attractive addition to the list.
