The three-Michelin-starred Robuchon au Dôme in Macau's Grand Lisboa Hotel has been awarded a Gold Star for its Spanish wine selection at Star Wine List of the Year Asia, as announced on 1 May 2025, a category sponsored by Familia Torres.
“What an unreal list of Spanish wines!” exclaimed judge Salvatore Castano. “Truly one of the best I’ve ever come across. The range is both deep and diverse, featuring iconic producers, rare vintages, and an exceptional representation of Spain’s top wine regions. A true gem for any wine lover.”
