About D's Wine Bar
D's Wine Bar is one of the wine bars that I trust the most when I am ordering my wine by the glass as they provide one of the best glasses for tasting, and the by-the-glass selection usually holds some unusual wines. D's Wine Bar opened in December 2022 with the idea of being an educational wine bar, according to Happy Gan who is the manager and sommelier at D's.
The wine program in D's mainly focuses on Grower Champagne and Burgundy but also holds some wines from Loire, Bordeaux, Rhone, Galicia, Priorat, and Catalonia, plus some detours to Italy and Australia as well. If you are lucky, you might find some rare gems from the 60's to 90's. The food menu is created solely by Happy with only one intention: "to pair with the wines in D's". Don't miss the Bikini of Iberic Jamon (Sounds Cheesy but I like it) which is a type of Spanish Sandwich, the Chicharron or Gambas a la Pancha. They also have a good cheese selection and cold cuts too.
