Sydney, Perth, Melbourne... here are the wine lists competing for Gold Stars in Australia
On Oct. 24, Star Wine List will once again celebrate the best wine lists of Australia and the teams behind them. The event will be live streamed on Facebook – and here you can find all the finalists competing for the Gold Stars.
“The scores have been high across the board and to quote jury member Véronique Rivest, there are so many great lists that it has been a difficult job for the jury,” says Krister Bengtsson, founder and publisher of Star Wine List.
Rockpool Bar & Grill in Perth leads the nominations with four category nominations, followed by Ten Minutes by Tractor in Mornington Peninsula, with three nominations. City-wise, Sydney has the most venues nominated: Eleven.
Star Wine List Awards Australia is part of our international Star Wine List tour – and the winners will qualify for our international final in 2023. This is the second year we run this award to Australia, and the event will be held online on October 24, 2022, at 5PM Sydney time. (8 AM Stockholm/Paris time).
